Hi! My name is Kim, and I\u2019m so excited to be a part of your support team. I want to share a bit about my journey because I know how important it is to feel seen and understood when working toward a healthier lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In early 2020, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, I found myself still FAT AF. I was overweight and felt stuck, both physically and emotionally. It was a challenging time for so many of us, but instead of letting the circumstances define me, I made a decision that changed my life: I chose to get healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wasn\u2019t something I did alone. I built a team of people who supported, encouraged, and motivated me every step of the way. With their help and my own determination, I transformed not just my body but my mindset and overall well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I\u2019m here to pay it forward. I want to support others who are ready to take control of their health and feel their best. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step, but I also know how rewarding it is to keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re just starting out or looking for that extra push to keep going, I\u2019m here for you.
